For those of us who need to 'see to believe' here's prove that The Law of Attraction really works!
I've got a younger brother who has always obsessed about going to the UK for a holiday. So last year he put the Law of Attraction to the test and printed out a poster that said 'I am so happy I have successfully achieved my holiday to the UK!' He put the poster up in his cubicle at work and after a few weeks didn't think anything of it. It was just another poster on the wall! Here's the pic of his poster...
A few weeks ago out of the blue he looks up AirAsiaX and finds some cheap tickets and makes the decision to go to London. He's forgotten about the poster because it's been so long since he's paid attention to it so nothing clicks at first. But when he goes back to the office where his poster is, he's shocked. He looks at it closely and the date written on the bottom right corner takes him by surprise. Just below his signature it's written 18/3/2008...
The date he made the decision to go to the UK? - 18/3/2009!
So I'm going to take that as a clear signal that The Law of Attraction works! He put a thought out there and made a poster about travelling to the UK and it came through. I definitely want in on the action. So here's what I'm gonna do today!
1. Decide on a Goal
2. Use the infinite powers of google to find pics for poster
3. Print out my poster
4. Put it up in my office and by my bedside
5. Go a lil crazy and make it my laptop and handphone wallpaper and screen saver
I have nothing to lose. I watched the video of 'The Secret' and this real estate guy said he had a pic of his dream house and years later after totally forgetting about the pic, he built the house of his dreams - totally unaware that the house he built was exactly like the one in his poster!
So I'm gonna give it a shot and see if it works. If it doesn't so what? I don't lose a penny!

ReplyDeleteI recently went to an interview for a role that I really wanted. I did my best at the interview and stuck the business card of the interviewer on my PC monitor so I can see it daily... I'll be starting that job next month. :)
In another case, after viewing the show unit for a new condo, I decided that it will be my new dream home but unfortunately, ALL units were sold out. I took the brochure home and stuck it on my desk so I can see it everyday. 2 weeks later, the agent called me up to say a unit has been released for sale as the previous buyer couldn't get a loan. I immediately booked it and now got my loan approved. It's on the 17th floor, facing KLCC, exactly what I wanted. :)
What's stuck on my PC monitor now is the business card of an Audi sales consultant. :p
the funny thing about the law of attraction is that there's a lot of power is simply looking at a picture. Like Nigel said, simply looking at his interviewer's business card or looking at the brochure of his dream home created the reality he wanted.
ReplyDeleteWhen you look at a picture repeatedly it acts as a visual input into your subconscious mind. And when that visual input is positive it creates a positive program in your subconscious mind which leads you to create the intended positive result.
And the great part is - when a positive program is created in your subconscious mind, you unconsciously do the right things and attract the right opportunities to achieve your goals. This is something the conscious mind can't easily understand. It all happens unconsciously...
It's a sort of visual reprogramming of the subconscious mind :)
